How TsvWeb started
Kristiyan Tsvetanov started building websites after noticing a problem that kept repeating itself: small and medium businesses across the UK were paying large agency fees for websites that did not bring in a single customer. The sites looked acceptable, but they were built without any understanding of conversion, without ongoing support, and without any accountability once the invoice was paid.
That felt wrong. Small business owners deserve access to the same quality of web design and development that larger companies take for granted, without handing over thousands of pounds upfront and hoping for the best. TsvWeb was built to solve that: a studio model where clients get a properly built website, hosted and maintained by the same person who built it, for a monthly fee that makes sense.
Since starting out self-employed at 17, Kristiyan has shipped over 20 projects across the UK and internationally, covering sectors from motorsport and healthcare to e-commerce and AI-powered platforms. The studio has grown to a £500+ MRR subscription business with clients across multiple industries, all managed directly by Kristiyan with no account managers, no middlemen, and no handoffs.

About Kristiyan Tsvetanov
Kristiyan Tsvetanov is a Birmingham-based developer, founder, and builder. He started his first business at 17, working as a self-employed web designer before formalising TsvWeb as a proper studio. He approaches web design not as a creative exercise but as a business problem: how do we get more of the right people to take action when they land on this page?
Outside of TsvWeb, Kristiyan has founded several other ventures: Warmerly, an email deliverability SaaS; Vonlix, a booking and scheduling platform; and Scribtly, an AI content platform. He is also co-founder of The Revision Hub, a structured revision platform for students. Each of these came from the same instinct: spotting a repeatable problem and building a product to solve it.
Kristiyan's technical stack centres on Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, deployed on modern infrastructure. His work combines product thinking with strong frontend execution, making him effective both at building client-facing marketing sites and at shipping SaaS products from scratch.
